​Local lore speaks of Sabrina, the mythical nymph of the River Severn, whose waters carve relentlessly through our landscape, and the towering presence of the Wrekin, a monument born from ancient chaos and giants' wrath. There is a wild, untamed spirit to this land and we decided to bottle it.
​Sabrina's Wrekin Havoc is more than an artisan hot sauce; it is a tribute to the fierce, legendary history of the region. By balancing unapologetic, fiery heat with the sharp, distinct bite of blue cheese, we crafted a velvety, seamless sauce that commands attention and clings perfectly to the palate.
